I love this one, it's catchy.
Well, I'm Norwegian, so it's gonna be metal.
This is not a very popular band in indonesia but every guitarist in here knows this band, gugun blues shelter, they have opened for bon jovi in london hard rock calling iirc, they are the reason why i picked up guitar and listen to all of the hendrix songs
My favorite metal band of my country and they are from my city.
They have been a opening act for big international metal bands.
I have plenty of good ones to choose from but here's a few:
The Rolling Stones
Boy from my city, going to concert in a week
Old Post-Punk (1980)
Modern Danish pop music is untalented, autotuned cancer, so here are a couple of my favorite evergreens from the 80's.
I've got songs from my neighbourhood.
Krept & Konan, Stormzy.
I'm from the heart of Thornton Heath; gotta be from somewhere right, this is the mainstream music where I'm from.
It's not even a big inner city neighbourhood, but it is what it is and it's got a music scene from artists from Thornton Heath to artists who moved to Thornton Heath.
I mean, this was an old Jamaican Calypso song; but Desmond Dekker was another local celebrity on account that he moved here decades ago and lived out his days here in a big house in a fancier part of the neighbourhood and was a well known face in Thornton Heath. Local musicians I've met and worked with here remember him fondly.
Also, half of this band came from around this part of Croydon, in and near Thornton Heath too; The Damned
I mean, there's a ton of music from the UK, but, this is all that hit from my neighbourhood.
