I Love Anna Kournikova

Washington is going to skull f*ck Oregon this year.

HAHAHAHA.

Poodle backer.

Good luck in the apple cup.

I am old enough to remember the seventies and eighties tho.

Always next year.

Another Pac-12 fan?

Even if you are an Oregon fan, its nice to have another one around.

Im a Die hard Cal fan, So its been rough against Oregon for me since 09 (when I drove up to Eugene and watched us lose by 40+) but at least were better than last year. Huge Improvement With Goff having the experience to lead an Offense as a Sophomore.

Hopefully it stays rough. I remember the 70-80s.

As long as uncle Phil keeps throwing around $$$$$$. It should be interesting. And it's always nice to see that hippie school do well in sports. I bet that rubs some the wrong way.

Yea. Cal got lucky this year with not having to play ASU. Or Utah for that matter.

At least Cal is not far away from being great. I'd rather be rooting for them next year than say, Maryland.

Go Bucks!!!

If Cal had anthing that resembled a Defense they would probobly be 8-2, possibly 9-1.

Next year, almost there whole offense will be back Including Goff and every reciever and running back. There O will be scary good.

Defense, I guess we will see.

Definetly on the rise though.

I think they are, and since no one else in the PAC-12 seems to dominate year after year the door should be open for them. They are my sleeper team for next year, the D will be more than serviceable and the offence will be lights out. With progression throughout the year, they should be ready for the playoffs at the end of the year.

I know I jumped ILAK for complainin about the playoff committee, but if Alabama jumps FSU it'll be such bullsh*t. I don't see how the undefeated 24 or 25 game win streak reigning national champs get leap frogged by two teams in the first place.

FSU Should be #1.

Although, they will need to play a lot better if they want to beat Oregon, Bama or TCU. Because its looking like that is going to be the playoff.

Although, there is a lot of football left to be played. Crazy sh*t can happen....Just like it does every year.

TCU barely squeezed one off against arguably the worst college football team (in past 3-4 years). I don't care how FSU plays they win. They win close games... they've won so many close games this year. Last year they were blowing people out of the water and now this year every other game they play goes down to the wire.

They have great talent all over field, and of course the best QB in the nation. Jamesis Winston is the best 4th quarter QB I've seen in college since Vince Young.

I'm convinced they'll win the playoff.

You'd be a god damn nazi if you complained about that. It'll be another two decades before they realize they should add more teams. We had to deal with the BCS for what, 10-15 years before they finally realized a playoff was the right thing?

Winston best QB? Are you drinking and smoking in your apt? Ducks, let alone Mannion are better QBs Edited by Dumb guy

I didn't get to see all of the Baylor-Tech game, but damn Patrick Mahomes turned it into one hell of a game. For a freshman QB who's having his 3rd start to be able to be down that much and orchestrate a comeback like that, that would have tied the game up if they had gotten that 2pt conversion, is pretty damn impressive. He also put up 598 yards and 6 touchdowns, which apparently is the 3rd most in college football this year. I'm really hoping The Bears can beat K-State and get into the top 4. Petty said he'll be playing, they'll definitely need to step it up if they want to win against a really good team like K-State.

Buckeyes crushing a top 5 Badger defense & a Heisman quality RB with a 3rd stringer at QB? I dare you to keep them out instead of FSU. 12-0 be damned. This OSU defense is seeing scarlet red right now.

59-0. Message sent.

1. Alabama

2. Oregon

3. Florida St.

4. Ohio St.

Sounds about right to me.

I actually liked the BCS. The playoff is no different if you ask me

You're telling me a computer deciding a national championship is no different than a committee deciding which 4 teams go to the national championship playoff?

I wouldn't call a 4 team playoff an actual playoff. Either make an actual legitimate playoff system like in the FCS or just keep the BCS

The problem is that there are rarely more than 4 quality teams. Adding in more just for the sake of a multi-round playoff will not help college football. Don't get me wrong, taking the top 2 of every power conference and 2 at large in a multi-round playoff sounds awesome, but why? So 100 years from now a Cinderella story could happen? The BCS itself was not needed. You could easily vote for who finished #1 just as they voted on who got to go to the playoff this year.

Speaking of playoffs, anyone have an opinion on how the games are going to play out?

Ohio State - Alabama is a tough one. Bama has been on shaky ground more than once this year, even if it seems they are all over that now. And Ohio State had me worried, just heading into the Wisconsin game, but the way that game turned out just adds to the confusion. If both teams show up ready to play, and given the coached its save to assume they will, this game is going to be one of the all time great college football games ever played.

Florida State - Oregon, well to be honest I'd be shocked if Oregon don't win by more than 30. Florida St. has made a living being a second half team, and Winston has a penchant for throwing picks. While Oregon jumps out front and never slows down. Oregon is also by far the fastest team FLA St. will play this year. Mariota is by far the best QB they will see this year. All season long FL St had the opportunity to shine vs lack luster opponents and never did. At the same time, the Ducks shined against everyone they played, saving the one loss while they were dealing with a ton of injuries.

well, that's my thoughts anyway.
