OT: I'm absolutely terrified of Facebook and blatantly refuse to sign up for an actual account. I once signed up for a fake account years ago to have a look at things, but they apparently closed it. Never ever though; I value my privacy and the whole concept of how it works and operates just freaks me out in ways that I cannot express in words.

I don't celebrate Christmas or most other holidays. I'm not opposed to those who do and enjoy other holidays, but they are just not for me personally. As for Christmas, I'm not religious in any way whatsoever and I don't particularly care for how it's all sort of been tainted with a sense of greediness and rampant consumerism. I'm also not particularly close with my immediate family, so there is that aspect as well.

 

I do hope that people can find ways to enjoy it all in the best way they see fit, but I must admit that I very much look forward to this time of the year coming to an end.

One of the disadvantages of utilising public transport is every so often you get those screaming kids that just won't shut the f*ck up. I don't mean crying babies, but loud mouth school kids (High schoollers are the worst IMO). Drives me nuts.

Not for me, I live in the southwest. We get ALL the sunlight between 10 am and 3 pm provided 100% clear blue skies
