Am I compeltely alone in never having watched any Star Wars movie? The closest I've come is the Family Guy parodies and even those were really boring (and I really like Family Guy otherwise). I've also seen only one of the LoTR movies. It was so boring and dragged out I almost forgot to breathe.

No worries, I didn't see Star Wars until about April(I think?) last year. I'm not big on sci fi but thought I should see these cultural monoliths, and watched them in order of release date. Completely blown away both by how much I loved the 3 real movies, and by how fantastically awful the prequels were.

Though I've decided if I'm going to waste this summer, I'll waste it catching up on films

Nope. I am 22 years old and I have never seen any superheroes series or movies (Spiderman, Batman etc.), Star Wars or any movies that seems to get all hyped up around here like Transformers, Avatar, Paranormal Activity lol But then I don't really watch TV much, only at night time and I prefer to watch comedy. Although, I love LOTR!

 

I don't plan to watch them either.

Nope, Never seen Star Wars/Star Trek or LoTR and don't really have any plans to in the near feture i think most reason why is my Dad mom (i refuse to call her my grandmother) used to torment me with Star Trek she would make me sit there and watch it hours on end.

Yeah, no special snowflakes..... I did the same as Marwin in that i saw the Star Wars movies only last year and I was gladly surprised by how good was the original trilogy (and how different it is from what pop culture makes it out to be), and blown away by how awful are the prequels.

Its funny to think that i saw 2001: Space Odyssey and freaking Zaat before Star Wars.

 

 

I never thought ScarJo had an attractive mug, but then I dreamt about her bathing me in the shower and complimenting my endowments the other night and now she's number 1 on my celebrity crushes.

a while back, i got to drive a Lamborghini Murcielago for the first time on a race track and for some odd reason it made me emotional as hell, almost to the point of crying.

 

to my defense, i became a die-hard Lamborghini fan at a very young age and i was raised around cars and engines for most of my childhood, so i guess it was nostalgia. the owner of the car was cool and very understanding about it though.
