Actually the guy who wrote and produced these songs actually signed these girls to his record label, So he actually tried to make records off these girls and unlike with Thanksgiving and his other songs he didn't get any money from Friday because of something in the contract so all the money he was suppose to get actually went to Rebecca Black while the Nichole music money went to him and his company.

 

But besides that does anybody else think it's really creepy he keeps making these videos with tweet white girls?

I used to think society could improve, that through direct action and cooperation, we could bring about a fair, just, and equal society. But f*ck all that, it's much too late. The mechanization of capital has quickly reduced lush forests into deserts, oceans into vast garbage dumps, and once lively cities and towns into barren warzones. An entire planet has been utterly destroyed in the name of technological progress, and ultimately, in the name of capital. We've managed to put a man on the moon, and achieve near-instant forms of global communication. We can travel faster than ever before, and a world of knowledge and information is literally at our fingertips. We have managed to find ways to treat almost every conceivable illness, and mend any broken bones. And yet, here we are, powerless to stop the deathmarch of civilization, as late capitalism strangles what's left of the global working-class, and ravages what pockets of the natural world still remain. In short, we are absolutely f*cked. My interests no longer lie in changing this society, but completely and utterly destroying it.

Though I agree that "we"'ve slowly/exponentially f*cked the planet since the Industrial Revolution, nature still has it's special kinda way to reset things up while letting some around to keep things rolling (200y from know, if "we" don't behave, maybe only machines and some Nautilus!?...).

I try to teach both my daughters to respect the nature and, unlike my childhood's experience (can't complain, but in the 70's...), fortunately school has changed a lot.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not into that "all green" or vegan kinda stuff, just that my (1 month away) 8y old gets it much more then when I was her age (that's truly an accomplishment, regardless of my own despicable standards ).

 

Anyway, while on work, I've visited Costa Rica in the mid 90's, it was awesome, almost felt like Darwin while seeing all those giant turtles .

They did "progress" a lot since then, but the seeds were already there back then.

b.t.w., one of my favorite writers used to talk about a concept of wealth vs. illth. I bring this up anytime bryce talk about technology----- you can't have a lot of wealth (wellness) without bringing illth (illness, poverty, whatever word you like) with it. We have information superhighways now, but everyone uses them to look at porn and buy drugs on the black market from all over the world, and alphabet soup turds like the National Soviets Agency and c*nts In Action get to play at politicians' dumbness for funding any sh*t, because only university-educated technocrats and kids are capable of understanding high speed info anymore. There is no wealth with the internet, or none that matters. Nobody's teaching themselves with it, education is still held above us by the elite with a $20k/year fishing pole baited with certs and degrees, and hyperlinks rot away and honest businesses trying to get by get f*cked off by google or apple, and nobody even pretends to care about those issues like they do Africa, probably because google is your friend. Science is noble and worthy, but the masses will never be able to balance it right unless something changes about the f*cked up society. Kill your television! Install gentoo! Mesh nets everywehre! f*ck online shopping! etc.

Another place where balance is important. You gotta take up the challenge, be a big guy, and really think whether the weight on your consciousness is worth lying. And don't let the world walk all over you because lying is supposedly automatically bad ether. If it helps, most people won't give a sh*t the next day, everything anyone says is forgotten really quickly. No regrets.
