I think that the age off 16 is a bit too young to drive a car. They are still kids, they belong on a scooter and not behind a steering wheel. In Europe you can get a driver license on your 17th, but you only can drive when youre 18. Not sure though if its the same in whole Europe. 16 is too young imo.

Now as an adult, I think that's totally correct. I should have never been allowed behind the wheel of a car in my youth.

 

In my country you can only get a moped at the age of 16. And they tend to get into a lot of accidents with those too. Tuning them is pretty common.

In gym class we were practising for the New Year dance when I was at primary school. We were doing the gay gordons (auld dance) when I tripped this girl (who I some what fancied at the time) she procceded to fall over and smack her face into a bench... with some momentum too. Canada has it where at 16 you get your G1, which is basically a learners. At 18 you get your full license and then you're able to drive on your own.

I don't know, chances are I have a mental illness damaging my brain. Getting into a car wreck last week doesn't help it. Having to deal with the most immature, selfish people at my school doesn't help it. Facing the fact that I am the most simple-minded, idiotic, ignorant person I know doesn't help. And no, I'm not going to a hospital. I'm not paying $10,000 to a broken healthcare system.
