IS90 Posted May 1, 2020 Share Posted May 1, 2020 I am 100% sure the story was written for Claude, CJ and Tommy but was changed when they realized it's not feasible with that hardware. I believe they got the Rosenberg actor to record before they scrapped it, that's why he's yelling for Tommy in the "meat business" mission. Plus the story is super inconsistent for ONE character. Exsanguination Posted April 12 Share Posted April 12 Good read Ceaser is a very likable character and I wouldn’t have minded playing as him along with CJ or he would’ve been great as a protagonist for San Andreas stories. Could’ve been a couple years before SA and had more low riders and the Hispanic street culture etc at the time. That just sounds so darn good wish they would’ve made it.
