May I suggest this character switching script? I've tried the one you released, but this one is more feature rich. It actually changes the models between Niko, Luis and Johnny and they do their own thing when you're not in control. It saves their positions, health and all and the car they are driving as well. When you restart the game the two you don't start with will be where you left them, even if you didn't save.

I am very busy at the moment, and dont have much time for developing this mod. Here is the latest source code and release:

So well, anyone who can and want should work on the features in the first post, and extract stuff from GTA V, would be awesome! I could put all the GTA V related mods together and release a nice mod with them.

 

I might make some smallish scripts with GTA V related stuff (Like a handling mod, a blip mod, crosshair, weapon customization etc, we'll see.)

GTA V is miles ahead of IV... probably will be better to wait until we can mod V itself but this sounds like it can hold the people over that wont buy V for console

 

Even the V ps3 version is way better than iv pc.

oh hey i watched your vid and when u do the character switch u should always do .ToGround() when spawning a character somewhere so they dont fall from the sky, but the character switch looked good, just needed to be a little faster... keep it up

Hey guys, i think this is a great idea! I could help out with getting the map, since i can just rip it easily, if anyone knows what to do with it and how to import it into IV PM me with a source where i should upload it for you.

Also i can get anything else from V for you, just pm me all the details.

Currently i've got a game copy sitting in my desktop that looks like this:

Not sure if anyone can work with this though since i'm not much of a modder so i have no idea if you can extract these files.

Open in your gta 4 folder file trainer.ini or If you have gta eflc open trainertlad.ini or trainertbogt.ini Press ctrl + f and inscribe tab and click search. Change value 9 on 0.

Ok! So... A fwe things:

 

• Still very busy with university
• Been looking at map files, the structure has really changed, so its gonna be difficult to use in IV.uploaded a sample of airport files here: http://ge.tt/72moqrt/v/0
• you can get the game files, extracted, by searching for "GTA V Extracted" on places you usually go for downloading stuff
• no new mods yet, started on a handling mod(for snappier handling), but it dosnt work yet.

I have an advice on the special abillity thing. You should make it that the yellow bar (special abillity bar) drain's slower, like it is in V, and whenever i want to use it when it's below half, I can't. So make it you can also use it when it's below half. (Sorry for my bad English )

I installed the handling mod, though i gotta say it's pretty awsome, feels GTA V'ish! My advice is to release it officialy
