On top of that, "Batman wouldn't..."? On the contrary. He would, and he has for every Robin. Go read a comic. That Arkham game you like is based on them.

Batman also turned into a tiger man and had a rainbow wardrobe, the fact that it was on the comic doesn't make it any better, i still think Robin being portrayed as a kid/teen on any media is detrimental to bats character.How is it detrimental to his character when it's meant to be one of his many flaws?

Leto's Joker kinda looks like New 52 Joker

Maybe that picture, and in a few issues of the End Game arc. But whenever they showed Joker, besides Death of the Family, he's been very traditional. The truth is there is no solid New 52 Joker. He's been in so few comics since 2011.

 

He hasn't been the same character either. He's not a criminal in the sense that he is robbing and being a crime boss or anything like that. His almost exclusive purpose in life is to fight Batman. Not even to beat him. He just believes the reason for him to be alive is to fight Batman, and either kill or be killed. Which is, in a way, the anti-Batman. Batman's purpose is to fight crime including Joker, and not kill the criminals in the process.

 

But I digress. The Endgame Joker is still miles away from Leto. Besides the haircut.

Seeing as Endgame Joker is basically an eternal living evil spirit; I'd say Leto's Joker is nothing like that.

 

While I enjoy the new comic Joker, I think a more criminal Joker is better fitting for film.

That's the most "Batman" Batman I've ever seen.

It's like straight from the Arkham series. I wonder what Batfleck was like in his prime, "I'm getting slow in my old age Alfred". Batman's fighting ability itself looks great, it looks like they borrowed some camera shot techniques used from the Raid franchise but to a smaller degree. Other than that, this is the Batman us fans deserve and the one we need right now! No seriously hurry up and release already.

Batman is batsh*t crazy in the new trailer, he absolutely destroyed those criminals like a boss, THAT'S the Batman we all want. Superman played with him like a toy most of the scenes but the ending was INSANE, that block though. Jesus Christ this film is going to be f*cking amazing, I watched Deadpool today and that alone was the funniest and best movie I've ever seen so far.

I never thought I'd see a Batman like that in a movie.

I thought it was gonna be like Nolan's Batman, where Batman feels like he's from the movie Alien. Just sticking to the shadows and picking people off one by one in a claustrophobic environment.

The way he was just throwing people and breaking their faces. God damn, I feel sorry for these people.

God, I hope 90% of the movie is just Batman.

I tried so hard to be a Superman fan, but only now I realized that Superman as a character, sucks. He's only good when he has other great supporting characters or has a twist (It's that he's evil. Every time, it's that he's evil. It's become more cliched than the character himself).

 

He needs a god chorus. Like the old theme, with the choir chanting.

I really do love how Batman's fighting in this movie. Brutal, tactical and landing perfect hits. I especially love when he hits that last guy and he get's back into fighting stance.

That's what Superman is going to experience as soon as Batman blocks his punch. I'm guessing it's the 2nd or 3rd fight where Bats absolutely hammers him.

i think the editing of the fighting makes a huge difference too, this feels faster, more batsh*t crazy erratic and looks awesome.. as opposed to the awful batman/bane sequences from rises. as for the last bit, kryptonite lined lead armour got supes in a tizzy?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but all the trailer(s) show is that Batman is no match to Superman. In different sequences Batman fails every attempt at harming the 'Man Of Steel'.

 

Car scene - Batman tries to run him over only to bounce of him and get wrecked in the process - Superman fast speeds and rips his door.

 

Glowing Eyes of krytonite Scene - Superman has no reaction to it and just sends him off flying. (Watch this bit closely.)

 

Super speed scene - Superman halts because he doesn't want to hurt him. (Look at his facial expression.)

 

Gathering scene - The people show Superman gratitude and support. (Batman is seen by the people as the bad guy - see Bruce Wayne's puzzled and confused face.)

 

The Statue Of Superman - Suggests Batman brought the fight to him - in Metropolis.

 

Bottomline: These two hereos are fighting each other for the wrong reasons, however no one will win since they stand for the same purpose, justice. And besides you know the rest....

This line suggests otherwise.

 

Batman is gonna spray boy scout with some of that Kryptonite and kick his country ass teeth in. Once that Kryptonite sets in its gonna be all Batman, because he's obviously the better fighter of the two from what we've seen in the movies in this cinematic universe.

Yeah. Until Supe's says,"What have you done?" Batsy will be beating the hell out of him. It can go either way, Batman may say that famous line from TDKReturns or Superman beats Batsy down and convinces him he's not here to destroy humanity.
