Sometimes its just a few days, but last time Gear Of War Judgement came out a month before rls! I hope my hands touch this miracle V at the end of august, or in the first week of september. Finn 7 five 11 Posted July 20, 2013 Share Posted July 20, 2013 That's a Saturday, they'd get it on the 13th at the earliest or on the 16th depending on how distributors handle the shipping I know mail is transported all days of the week, but I also think that some items are delivered all days of the week, especially if it was large bulk orders. WHY? - - Okay if Rockstar shipped the copies of GtaV on the Monday (16) it would only give Retailers a limited amount of time to send the copies to the customers, Normally the Dispatch time for next day delivery is around 12 o'clock and that's express! This would give the retailer and shops no time to individually package and dispatch your copy. - Friday 13 will be the latest date retailers get the copy's because this would give the retailers time to package your copy and have it dispatched early Monday morning on express delivery. Now some retailers like to dispatch the game on the Saturday so you are guaranteed it bye Tuesday, this normally results in people getting the game bye Monday. ( dispatch Saturday - no post delivery on Sundays - you will have it bye Monday) - But if some retailers get the copy's before the Friday lets say Thursday,You could get Gtav on the Friday or even Saturday, if not it would be guaranteed bye Monday if dispatched Thursday - My theory for the copies getting to UK retailers bye Friday is because, Normally when ever i order a game it comes via royal mail, now normally if you live in rural areas you may only receive post every other day, Mon, Wed, Friday. So if shops like shopto exc.. are guaranteeing Delivery bye Tuesday 17 they cant because i don't get post on Tuesdays, So they would have too dispatch my copy for Monday Delivery, The only other solution i could see if they dispatched them via parcel vans dpd - ups exc.. The only reason i cant see them doing this is because it would cost them hell of a lot more too send it through parcel delivery. Hope this helps anyone agree?
