theg
I imagine that the characters "going about their daily business" is limited and will be repeated quite often. I'm just wondering how many times we'll have to hear "GEEZE POPS, TOO MUCH MORE OF THAT AND MAYBE I WON'T BE DEAD BY 35!" I can see that becoming th next "HEY COUSIN LET'S GO BOWLING". evoluon--720
I think they'll have a variety of dialogue to use even if the activities are repetitive. I have a theory that the days of the week will effect their schedule. the days in GTA4 were pointless except for dates and that lawyer mission. I'm hoping that different things happen depending on what day it is too.
JOSEPH X
They change depending on how far into the story you are - which has been confirmed. There will be those that are integral to where that character is in the story, and will no doubt be scripted, and there will be those that are random and just drop in on the character as they are walking or driving. I reckon that once you've used up the scripted switches, the game won't keep repeating them. You will move onto the randomised, unscripted ones if you don't progress the story. Do some missions and you'll get new ones.
michaelpece
Of course they're limited. Each one has to be coded, so yes, they will eventually repeat. I'm sure there are hundreds of different scenarios for each character though, and some are more 'open' than others, for example one scenario is being in the middle of a cop chase - that could be anywhere. Murad96
I don't think there would be hundreds of scenarios...

uShield
Yeah, eventually they will repeat. There can't be 100.
Skozza89
Tbh i just think sometimes they'll just be casually walking down the street. Doesn't have to be like the ones in the trailer lol.

SwitchBladeJones
I'm not too concerned. Keep in mind that the trailer stopped at that very point in the bike ride. Unless you switch at exactly that point you won't catch that dialogue. I know that their activities will be very repetitive. So is everyone's life. They all probably have a few days worth of activities they repeat. I will not be suprised if every day when it's 10pm Michael will be watching a movie with the kids fighting in the background. Trevor will be on the toilet for hours. Franklin will be arguing with his GF while sitting on the couch smoking. I'm ok with this. What would get old is every three times I switch to Trevor and he has five stars.
felixuta
Just like we've seen it in the gameplay trailer. The mission where michael kidnaps that guy and Franklin has a sniper while Trevor is in the chopper, and you can switch to the ones "in action" so I think in that scene you wouldn't be able to just switch to Franklin as it's greyed out on the switching bar.
