SWATsqad™ Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 Hey guys, What would you recommend we do? For example I live in Lithuania, never do we see games appearing on shelves day 1. With gta4 it got here a month later. All you lucky ones that have the opportunity to get it even a day or two earlier, I envy you. If I preorder with amazon uk or de , will it arrive on day 1, or will it be shipped on the day of release (and be in transit for up to two weeks)? Many of you will understand, waiting a week to play the game, knowing that most of the fans already got it is suicide. Trund Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 (edited) Amazon usually sends the game a day before release, so they arrive the next day (as it's just one day shipping here), but I assume it will take a few more days to get it shipped to your country. I doubt there's a way that you can get the game on release then, most of the time it's pure luck though. There are some online stores that "might" send the games more than a day before release, but then again that's just luck too, and most of the time you pay a lot more at those stores. I remember buying LBP1 from a fishy online store and I got the game two weeks before release, it was quite awkward... But honestly, what's 1-2 days if you waited years for that game? Edit: You can also check if you can pick some sort of express shipping on Amazon, not sure if that works to your country. For example take a look at Romania, we've been in the EU since '07 and up to this date we don't have the same f*cking services world wide as ohter countries. For example, no PSN or Xbox Live.
