So if you rob a jeweraly store, the store chains stock may fall. This would obviously be a better time to invest and buy before it goes back up again. If investing into something is purely for the sake of it in the game then I probably won't be using it at all to be honest. So it really depends on how the game handles these things, I truly hope for some nice in-depth market system that you can actually adjust a little to your own preferences, if I know that'll be in the game then I'd start considering in what I'd invest my money. Matty Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 If you can get perks for investing in certain companies (other then just additional money); for example, cheaper gun and ammo prices (or even being able to unlock new weapons) for investing in Ammu-Nation stocks; I will likely be investing in those companies before I invest in others. It will be interesting to see other ways by which the player can affect the price of stocks in the game other then just through missions/heists - because based on the gameplay trailer - this all seems to be handled dynamically. That sounds cool, wonder how that would be implemented in the game. We've only seen houses as real estate you can buy so far, right? I'd love to be able to own businesses, but I would also want to customize them a little if it's possible to own them, otherwise it'll be just like Vice City. Yeah I'm playing Grand Theft Auto and just sitting in front of my PC (in-game) investing money and waiting for the time to pass, while I could blow sh*t up, explore the map and just have fun. You CAN do that. All your doing is going on an in game website, buying a stock and then carry on playing V while you are earning money when the stock goes up.
