It seems like it'd be the easiest area to block blood-flow to (I know almost nothing about human anatomy though, my forearms are just really thin), and I don't use that hand for very much so permanent damage wouldn't be too big of a problem. e: I do remember when reading up on self-cutting that nerve damage there is very awful and painful for a very long time. This is assuming the shooter is 100% accurate though. I would probably say my lower leg otherwise, because I wouldn't want there to be a chance that they miss and my man tonsils get blown off.
