GTA IV NAT TYPE = STRICT

Hey guys, Im just gonna ask, i always had this problem in GTA IV GFWL, i cant connect to my friend because of The strict NAT TYPE, When its Morning Up to 5:00 PM, the NAT is moderate and when its night, Its strict, im not good at port forwarding, so please help me.

 

I use laptop to play, Low settings i can get normal fps, specs:

I tried:

 

reinstall gta iv

Disable Windows Event Log And windows collector (But i enabled it, because when i disabled the 2 of those, im getting lag spikes, please help if its really needed to be closed or just optional)

Compability: Windows XP Service Pack 3

 

 

WHAT DO I DO? please help me, this annoying thing is killing me.....

uhm.. dude go to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, it will require for your modem password.

search for UnPn in that site and turn it on.

go to search for firewall: and select deactivate it.

then reset your modem and wireless router. if it not work tell me
