Freefall, St Marks Bistro, Just Buisness, Reuniting the Families, Are you going to San fierro, N.O.E, Yay Ka Boom Boom,breaking the bank, Test Drive, and many others. But those were the highlights of the game IMO.

I find it very strange (to all posters) that when a Title of a question is in the singular (Favorite Mission), that so many Players find it necessary to make lists of multiple missions.

"Breaking the Bank at Caligula's"

 

Gives plenty of time, no need to restart if a small mistake is made. To a large part this applies to "End of the Line", until when the very last part of the mission starts, which makes me hate this mission. It makes no sense to do it several times.

My favorite mission is "Up,Up and Away!" You have to breakthrough the guards and steal an helicopter to steal security car.

That sucks, IMO. Flying the Leviathan helicopter to Verdant Meadows seems to take forever!

Anyhow, my favorite mission is Just Business. I like gunning down the pursuers while someone else does the driving. "Just Business" isn't the only mission in SA that puts the player in this situation, but I like it most.

Just Business, Test Drive, Reuniting the Families, Breaking the Bank at Caligulas', and whatever was the first mission of San Fierro when you have to recruit Truth's friends. His dialogue MADE the mission.

Reuniting the families is one that always got me excited. The intense action and the antics of Big Smoke combine for one hell of a ride.

Which missions did you enjoy most? I really enjoyed Las Venturas missions. There were many enjoyable missions.

I enjoyed, and still do enjoy, the original Los Santos strand of missions. It's where everything starts. Plus, the missions aren't too hard nor too easy. I like a good challenge.

I have to say I enjoyed the Desert and Las Venturas Missions the most; In the desert I mainly enjoyed Stowaway and Black Project. In Las Venturas the best mission was the one where the heist was pulled out and I must add that I really enjoyed 'Vertical Bird' as well which takes place after you return to Los Santos so null vote.
