Niick99
Does anyone have opinions or assumptions on how cities besides Los Angeles will be covered in the game? Cities such as: Carson Compton Gardena Torrance Long Beach Santa Monica Anaheim Malibu And what about the cities outside of Los Angeles such as: Riverside Corona Santa Barbara Valencia Barstow The list could go on and on but ill stop there. "Constructive" Criticism appreciated
ArizonaHellRyder
Wasn't Salvation Mountain seen in a screenshot of a plane flying over a small town? If Salvation Mountain is in the game, would Slabcity be in game as well?
Ferocious Banger
All the cities of LA are just "districts" in LS.
IveGotNoValues
Im hoping the hills behind LS hold some suburban areas. Maybe in the desert they will have a Palmdale type town. A coastal town similar to Santa Barbara would be pretty cool too. None of these are confirmed but it's just some good speculation on what could be. MesaGrande
It's funny I see this post tonight. I happened to have driven about 400 miles in the last 2 weeks (I live in Rancho Cucamonga) and have been down to Huntington Beach and through OC and up through Big Bear and lake arrowhead. The whole time I was looking around and thinking really hard about every place I went and I tried to think about which of these places would be in the game. I drove through Barstow and Victorville a while back too and thought about the supposed military base that should appear in V. Might it be Ft Irwin? The Army's NTC training center out pas Barstow? I know the game has more of LA in it than anything else, but could the big mountain be the one I wake up to every day? San Grogornio mtn? I wanna believe it. but because in the game there's a mountain range called the tataviam mountains I think they're more likely the San Gabriel mountains. The native Americans that used to live there were the tataviams. But going further in that direction, you're headed more towards Palmdale and Lancaster than you are to Palm Springs (that windy place with the wind turbines) seen in a screenshot. Maybe the map will be huge enough to feature all of these locations. I'm not an expert map guy like a lot of the guys on here, but I think that the mountains will be the San Gabriel mountains, and that Palm Springs is also in the game. The picture of the biplane flying over the crowded beach reminds me a lot of Laguna beach. I thought for a while about the "Shady Acres" or "shores" or whatever that place Trevor lives is called. I think that if it is past the "palm springs" in the game, that it might be like Blythe Maybe? I'm gonna love playi g this game and exploring the map and trying to match cities

evoluon--720
dont think they'll add Gardena/Lawndale/Hawthorne thats not considered LA...tho they may include an area like Marina Del Ray for the docks

If you look at Rancho Cucamonga on a map, it's smack dab in the middle of the area that they chose to use for V. I've been in Tennessee for the last 4 years and getting back here recently and driving though the deserts and mountains just feels right lol

V8VANTAGE
GTA V has mode of those areas but they are of course scaled down massively. I've heard Long Beach being mentioned on GTA V o Clock episodes, so I'd imagine a recreation of that is in-game. Don't quote me here but isn't Crompton regarded as gangster capital? That would make it the "Grove Street area".

I always wanted to go to Cali. and see the whole state. The farthest I've been from Philly is to Virginia. Over here on the east we don't have desert and red woods. I think it would be cool to see that whole transition from southern to northern Cali. The same goes for SA this time around.

If you put everything in it would be a massive city and that can get annoying after a while, but I do want that sprawl they promised. There's no east Los.
