Iv been playing the last of us I restarted my single player on the hardest difficulty and I'm enjoying more than the first playthrough and I'm like a level 21 on multiplayer which I've really enjoyed playing. Okin
Max Payne 3 made me want to eat my own hands. Linear, boring, restrictive gameplay. Last of Us is insanely good. First time in a very long time I've felt a little depressed that the campaign ends.

redx165
Max Payne 3 made me want to eat my own hands. Linear, boring, restrictive gameplay. Last of Us is insanely good. First time in a very long time I've felt a little depressed that the campaign ends. That's one reason why I didn't enjoy MP3 to the fullest. I don't mine the linear part but the repetitive gameplay and lack of freedom in how you can kill them. That's one thing I enjoyed about The Last of Us. I can choose if I want to go ALL out, use stealth, or just avoid them. I really am hoping The Last of Us Story DLC comes out before GTA V.

Its very underrated and unique I highly recommend this game if u have a ps3 plus don't forget a big sack of weed u will really enjoy it then lol. That's exactly what I'm playing right now. Beat it first in normal mode, after letting it sink in, I just started it on the hardest setting. That game is incredible. More dev's need to make games this good. I'm a sucker for anything post apocalyptic and zombie related. I'm also getting ready to play The Walking Dead 400 days. The first TellTale Games': The Walking Dead was nothing short of amazing story telling. I highly recommend it. Just playing games and living life, September will be here before we all know it. My Bithday is in Sept. a week after GTA V releases! I'm sure I won't even remember my BD because I'll be busy play V!

Shane_Dbns
Just finished IV for the 14th time I wanted the last of us but I have no cash. Hopefully my friend lends me his copy. Got tired of mp3 multiplayer, its too damn easy. I kill the whole enemy team with just Desert Eagle.
joyrider00
After about 10 years and 85h worth of gameplay I finally completed 100% in Burnout 3 on PS2. I have started to play alot of old PS2 games after I bought a new console after my old PS2 broke. Old gems like Tony Hawks Series, COD 1, Medal Of Honor, NFS: Hot Pursuit 2 and Vice City bring back so many memories. I'm glad that I can now re-visit them I red in this topic about modern restrictive and linear games. I bought Medal of Honor: Airborne for about 4€ and I liked it a lot. Because it wasnt just linear get from Point A to point B as there are multiple objectives and you can complete them in any order you want. So at the beginning you can steer your parachute where you want. you can land on rooftop if you are into more stealthy way of approach or you can land behind enemy lines and cut them down with your trusty Chicago Typewriter. In later levels it really feels like you are an elite veteran as you get upgrades to your weapons and your playing skills get better. It also felt very retro to seek health packs I dont understand why FPS games these days are just same old sh*t in different package (COD & BF *nudge, nudge wink wink know what I mean?"). It is like game developers fear to make the games too complex. Just brainless linear garbage. MOH: Airborne is from 2007 and feels real fresh. Underrated masterpiece in todays standards Edited July 18, 2013 by joyrider00

I meant its multiplayer is underrated u would have to be crazy to think that I said its single player is underrated because its defiantly one of the greatest games ever made if not de greatest game ever made. They have the entire (3D) GTA Collection for 14.99!! It used to be cheaper than that! However, once Steam and Rockstar seen how popular the package still was the next time it went on sale it was considerably "bumped up". Sneaky sneaky Rockstar.
