THEY HAVEN'T SHOWN ANY "JUMBO SCREENSHOTS" I'm starting to believe we can't fly big planes. The previews so far have only mentioned the Blitz Play mission, I guess there's only 1 mission in the game. It tells me that R* are sticking to their word about wanting to keep GTAV a surprise so we have much to discover ourselves. They already have several screens showcasing big planes, and they're in trailers. Looking at other features in GTAV such as the ridiculous minigun or the larger-than-life blimp; its very safe to say that large planes are pilot-able. I don't think Rockstar is going to endorse the entire idea of "stealing a commercial airliner" and flying as you want... for obvious reasons.... There isn't a single screenshot of the Hydra... HOLY sh*t, WE CAN'T FLY HYDRAS D: Also, you just posted a screenshot with a big plane in the focus Just listen to yourself... As mentioned in the "Jumbos" thread a few days ago, based on Michael's trailer, it appears that the 747 has no interior and is likely not flyable (door and windows have little texture). However, anything can happen between April and September and I remain cautiously optimistic. As for the screenshot featuring Trevor flying what appears to be the Andromada, it is possible that it will only be flyable during a mission, perhaps a mission requiring you to abandon the plane mid-flight (think trailer 2). Once again though, I remain cautiously optimistic about being able to fly these planes whenever we feel like it... Like I mentioned before somewhere: R* mostly uses 512x512 pixel textures on vehicles. So the bigger the vehicle, the more pixelated it'll look it's just common sense. Notice how the gear and hatches are opened in Michaels Trailer, while they're closed in the Online Gameplay. So much working parts on a "static" object? I doubt it.
