Ash_735 Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 Billie Jean WAS removed. If you ALREADY OWN VICE CITY BEFORE THE LICENCE RAN OUT YOU STILL GET THE FULL VERSIONS. If i'm not mistaken, I read on here that whether or not you have all the songs would depend on when you bought the game on Steam-ie. the songs were originally all there, then it was removed from Steam and re-done with the cut songs? I have the Original Steam version AND the Original Retail (CD) release, so I am unable to verify that for sure or not?
