Some people say it can't because RDR references New York in the game. However, GTA has also referenced New York numerous times. I will be looking for an RDR reference, whether it be an outlaw or New Austin. If there is no reference then Aside from that I hope you can play ad Claude, Tommy, CJ, and Niko in multiplayer. ULP - They could make an appearance in some way. Gracie Ancelotti - I doubt it but she could be at a party or something in LS. Lazlow - Pretty safe bet he'll be in GTA V at least on the radio. I believe when asked if anyone from IV would return they answered something like: 'definately not Packie' wich I find a little suspicious to say the least.
