Junkyard and Car Crusher Return.

One of the things that i thought was pretty fun in gta 2 and III was the car crusher.

 

 

So i was thinking that they could add a junkyard buisness.

 

A Junkyard would work as a normal buisness that generates income with the added ability to crush cars for money.

It could work like this you bring a vehicle to a junkyard and drive it to the designated location where a large crane will then proceed to lift the vehicle and then drop it in a large crusher.

You can then watch as the car gets crushed into a small cube and then get paid a certain amount of money depending on the car. (e.g. Larger cars are worth more than smaller cars.)

 

I think it would be a pretty fun minigame. Plus watching things get crushed is awesome.

Would be pretty cool. Long as it had some missions tied to it (like the owner has you covering up a trail that ties to him), and you can use it to dispose of people you killed or cars that are "hot", it'd be neat.

yeah i miss that too. the vehicle-collecting minigames / missions in GTA have all felt lacking since the junkyard / car crusher days. it was cool to always be able to turn cars into cash. the thing about it is that we need more things to spend $$ on in the game, so that after an hour of jacking cars in the road in front of the junkyard, $$ in the game has not become completely meaningless because of the fortune we made. payout ought to be reasonable, a couple hundred dollars, and more for larger vehicles, not nec. sportier ones, because what we're selling is scrap metal.

They have said there will be tons of sh*t to spend on. Obviously customizations for the cars aren't gonna be cheap (nor the retrieval of the vehicles if they're towed/stolen). And there will probably be a load of things like accessories for the characters that aren't clothes or tats, hopefully things like piercings and ipods (for music on the go).

 

I can also imagine the optional hires for missions will probably mean less dosh going to the player, maybe even with the risk of that character turning on you and having to be killed (thus removing them from the game) if they feel jilted. It would also be pretty cool if the amount of cash differs between the characters.

 

Like what Michael has could be more or less than what Franklin has.

I wish they'd bring back the Bobcat from III. Seriously the most fun pickup to drive in any GTA.
