Now you can navigate (even in social networks from the game) and watch videos on the mobile phone of our character. I call bullsh*t on this. We clearly saw a computer being used in the Godplay demo. Since when did phones feature cursors? Inb4PDAs. I'd imagine the protags might have laptops at their safehouses or something. I actually remember Niko had one in IV in his Algonquin high rise Apt. It means that if you abandon an owned/customized car, it will get towed after a while. Exactly, there's little point to Internet Cafes in a GTA game set in 2013, especially given its location. Obviously you'll still have computer access at your homes.
