uncredited
Hello, We might have first to know what patch are you using? Moreover it seems your graphic card is not powerful enough but you are still able to play the game at some point. You may try to use the patch 1.0.4.0. since it is the most appropriate for performance. I'd advise you to also use XLiveLess by listener but you won't be able to play online. Also play the game as administrator. Anyhow, are you sure you use memrestrict in the correct way? Do not forget to only use this command alone in the text file named commandline.txt Try to use the first one of this list proposed by Rockstar Toronto: -memrestrict 188743680 LOW TEXTURES (256M Video Cards)-memrestrict 209715200 -memrestrict 230686720 -memrestrict 262144000 MED TEXTURES (512M Video Cards) -memrestrict 293601280 -memrestrict 314572800 -memrestrict 629145600 HIGH TEXTURES (1Gig+ Video Cards) -memrestrict 650117120 -memrestrict 681574400 Please include the following information when describing your issue: What version of the game you have (retail, steam, other online store) Edited July 18, 2013 by Imbredking
Dillo1000
I have tried that solution before. I have also tried twice a clean install of Windows. I am using a cracked disc number 1 (My first disc is not working) and a real disc number 2.
CCPD
I am using a cracked disc number 1 ... That could be your problem. You need both discs to be legit.
Dillo1000
I installed from a different disc then used my disc to run it since it would run it but that used to work and my cracked disc used to work? (Not on this PC tho) EDIT: Just bought Steam bundle. I'll check if that works. Edited July 18, 2013 by Dillo1000
