Omar777i Posted July 17, 2013 Share Posted July 17, 2013 Here are one of my theory's on this one I think they didn't want to spread the team thin trying to do three ports of the game. Or my second one is since they are launching at the end of the gen cycle they don't want to have a PC version out for people who can download instead of buying it or download it from pirate bay since its easier to pirate games on the PC compared to the ps3 or 360. That's my thought on why its not gonna be a PC version at launch there will be one but not in September unfortunately for our gta PC gaming brethren.
