Day 1 at midnight. This will be the first game in five years I buy at midnight, GTAIV was the last one. GTA is a different kind of midnight release than other games. For COD some fans dress up in camoflage. For Skyrim I guess some fans dressed up like knights with swords. For Halo some fans dress up like Master Chief. For GTA peole just show up ready to go home and play the game.

I had it pre ordered, but i plan on cancelling it. I don't want to wake up and have to wait for it to be delivered, and since i live in a relatively small town i should just be able to go to the store in the morning ad pick it up. I remember when Black Ops 1 and 2 came out. There were literally 4 foot stacks of the game in the front lobby of my best buy, and that stack was there for at least a few days. If people don't buy CoD, i don't think i have to worry about GTA V selling out first thing in the morning.

I pre ordered the special edition when it was first announced so I'll be picking it up on September 17th. I may be playing it at a later date though seeing as my ps3 is damaged and I can't really be bothered anytime soon to get it repaired or get a new one.
