Gnocchi Flip Flops Posted July 20, 2013 Share Posted July 20, 2013 The thought of cruising along Los Santos' many curvy backroads gets me excited Just look at the charming road that curves along the Vinewood Reservoir with a view of cliffside estates and the trees atop the hills. I hope these roads are mostly empty. They'd be perfect for testing out cars or just enjoying a Sunday drive. Ah... the thought of cruising along in a DB5 or a Super GT Volante... Another thing that excites me is money going to use and that you actually have to work for your stuff. It looks like heists will earn you a lot of money but it also looks like the things that you can buy will make your money disappear like that. It'll drive you to play the game because you'll actually need money. Just look at how much an apartment, just and apartment, costs! $250K Imagine how much that loft with a view of Rockford and Downtown Los Santos costs? I can imagine a cliffside house in Vinewood or Rockford costing $1.2million or more. And then you have the cars. The Veyron will surely cost $700K-$1.5million. The Koenigsegg almost as much. Customization looks like it costs a lot because some rims cost $2K! Perhaps we could possibly get annoyed by how little money as opposed to complaining how there is so little to buy -- IV. And then there is feeling like a badass. We can own multiple cars, garages, lofts, marinas, businesses. Exploring San Andreas (my favorite GTA area because of the great variety of landscapes to explore), redone in the much greater detail from GTA4, plus the very detailed under-water section. 2. The three protagonist mechanic, which should add a lot to both the story structure and mission variety/replayability. 3. The focus on heists, which seem like they'll be much more fleshed out this time around. Not excited for: 1. As much as I love the idea of characters being found in interesting situations when you switch to them, I'm pretty worried about the fact that Trevor can be involved in a police chase when you switch to him, since they've said that you can't switch characters when you have a wanted level. It seems like it would be annoying to get into unwanted police chases like that. 2. Yoga. I could turn out to be a fun mini-game if done right, but if it's anything like I'm imagining it, I doubt I'll go back to it that much. 3. The two month wait! Excited about how the story will intertwine. 3) Vehicle Customization; Just cruising around in a tricked out car of your choice. And now WITH tuning. This is gonna be fun. Hopefully there are horses, 'cause I would love riding a horse in the middle of the city. + New missions to play, a new story to unfold. - Grand Theft Auto Online. I'm not going to use it. - Everything involved with uploading content, etc. - Big chance of people spoiling the story for me. My work is related to gaming and my friends and brother play video games. - A lot of minigames. It's good they're there, but there's a small chance I would really play golf, for example. ? I wonder how/if I would enjoy the character switching. ? It looks like they wanted to make the story faster, while I enjoy slow and easy missions when starting a game. I hope they don't mess this up. ? Money. I hope it's not going to turn out to become a grind to be able to buy everything. ? DLC. The DLC for GTA IV was good. Very good. The story/characters 2. diversity/freedom on how we can now play (stealth etc) 3. I cannot wait to drive around the country/mountains with the RAGE engine.. crashing into a cow with a patriot at full speed Not excited 1. I do not care about prostitutes and I don't know why so many people do 2. Not excited about waiting for the installation heh 3.
