GTA IV Bright Mirrors

Hello Everyone! While I'm playing GTA IV on my desktop, the mirror in the bathrooms at Cluckin' Bell and the city park look really bright and glitchy.

My laptop has an Nvidia card in it and the mirrors look normal. Does anyone know a fix for this bug on ATI cards, it's bugging me. tounge.gif

I have tried both a legit retail copy and my Steam copy, same problem.
