Maybe they never sold all of the inventory? Who knows. Just would have thought It would stay one of those things where either you get it while it's available before launch or be SOL. It's my first time on the Rockstar Warehouse, the 'Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Kubrick Box Set' looks pretty pro. If they do, they charge you around 50$ just for shipping. I've made my own cap and t-shirt and have it printed at a local store in my town. Edit: This time it seem they even ship to germany for a fair price. Haha I don't think I will wear this that often too… but when I buy my copy I will wear my selfmade Los Santos Shirt and the Grove-Green Basecap with "LS" on it.
