First few to join will not be required to prospect. The club was created in anticipation for V. So we expect club activity to rise after September 17th. GTA IV, TLAD, or TBOGT required. GTA V required when available. When GTA V becomes available the previous three will no longer be required. Hangaround status does not require those games. Hangarounds of significant length will have shorter prospect periods should they decide to join. If you sign up on the forums please use your X360 GT.
