If Tray was white it would've been a non-controversial case. What really makes me mad is how people think he was some innocent black kid, I've known many ignorant black kids (they don't deserve to die either) but its just that who cares what he did outside of whats involved in the case, weather he was smoking weed in his basement before getting killed or donating to charity. Either way he got shot and either way the color of his skin should not matter and that hispanic that killed him he wasn't even white and there making it a white v.s. black thing. He was puerto rican. Its just very controversial for no reason at all and noone should be butt hurt or happy over it. Either way someone died and someone either got arrested for it or let off free. Bottom line is Justice should justice and nothing should stand in the way or make the people perceive something is like for example race. Many people get shot for many reasons. Reminds me of 'To Kill a MockingBird' I had to read and make an essay about were Tom Robinson was charged with rape and race shrouded there judgement and everything was bias, in the story. Kinda the same situation. Racist are automatically saying let the puerto rican go cuz the victim was black, other saying he guilty to defend the black will and making it a hate crime type thing, but there is no real reason. It would have been best if the two had never met. What makes me sick is the media.
