It's pretty obvious who takes it considering that COD is released with the same content every year while Rockstar delayed the release date to create a better experience for us. COD couldn't even do half that. Black Ops 1 had the best launch in COD history with 1.4 million, and V just trumped that and it hasn't even come out. I wont lie and say iv never played them i have but cod blk ops 2 is kinda crap and i only bought it for the zombies. Blk op is better for zombies. As will GTAV beat cod ghost god i hope it dose i relay do but in that sense i don't want sum wee 6 yr old on the online of GTAV screaming down the mic i fed ur momma last nite (he wouldnt know where to begin. But when COD won't sell after a year after release, GTA V still has a steady buying percentage. So after a few months, GTAV will beat COD, but not at launch. Many of these people never got past the first motorcycle mission in GTA IV: they are pond scum as gamers. And on the other hand, an open world with lots of side activities, an immensely colossal map, and a 25 hour campaign along with a zealous online multiplayer experience. The bottom line is, GTA will ALWAYS make enough money to continue the franchise because of how Rockstar pay attention to detail, take there time and never allow the games to feel stale. People still play the oldest GTA games now, they are timeless classics, every single one of them and will always make money as long as they are on the shelves. Call of Duty, without a change in franchise direction, people will eventually get bored. Or another franchise will offer more and attract a bigger audience. Plus, GTA has more sales when thinking of complete franchise sales at 125 million sales to 120 million for Call of Duty, making GTA a more successful franchise. There will always be a GTA to look forward to in our lifetime, does it matter if Call of Duty sells the most for the next generation? Not really.
