A military base is also likely. I for one believe that the Andromada will only be flyable in one mission and that you will have to abandon it mid flight (think: trailer 2) @Tyg0903: Play the trailer in HD, pause it while the plane is landing, and look closely at the windows and the door. It's still a considerably large plane you are able to fly. If you are able to fly that, why wouldn't they allow you to fly an equally large Jumbo? There's nothing pointing towards not being able to fly large passenger planes, I don't see why everyone keeps saying that. Also I think it would be kind of pointless to put huge planes in if we couldn't fly them, they already teased us enough in IV at the airport. I wonder if you try to land and one of the wings and gets clipped you can still manage to not die. I think what he means is that it wouldn't make sense to take of at Los Santos International Airport but have no where to land at, besides landing back at the airport. Unless their is a military base. Salton Sea Airport in Salton City = ~5000ft Imperial County Airport in El Centro = ~5500ft Naval Air Facility El Centro = ~9000ft Palm Springs International = ~10000ft PSI is the airport you fly into to go to Cochella and is about 30mi Northwest of the Salton Sea. GTAMaster666 Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 The military base duh, in the pics shown those fighter jets aren't going to be based at LSXA, & i'm pretty sure there's a few small airports, privare airstrip ect... in this huge map & a other huge airport that there not mentioning in the biggest GTA game they done yet, i don't think there showing us pics of jets, airliners ect... for show that be pointless because they already confirmed planes are back & there's alot more room to fly then in GTA IV, but if you wanna be a worry wort be my guest i trust R. fully this time i think they listened to their fans on what they want & missed this time.
