He means the interactive website that is more interactive filled with videos. They did this for most all there GTA games. My most memorable one was for Vice city where you are in a room and can go click on a cabinet with keys in it and see the featured cars in the game. They won't release it this week because the media is talking about the gameplay video. It would be too much to handle if they release it this week.
