TrialzGTAS
These 3 people appear to be the "highest" skilled partners you can get. We learned in earlier previews that we can utilize outsiders to help us with our heists. At the bottom of there FIB crime resume, a percent that reads 14, 14, and 15. Combined thats 43% of the stake. In a preview I have read (cant find it) it says that the big heists will result in million of dollars. 100 subtracted from 43 leaves us with 57% of the stake. Divide this by 3 for our 3 main protagonists, will be leaving us with 19% on each Michael, Trevor and Franklin. If we are to receive lets say $2,500,000 from a heist, that means each person who joined in the heist will recieve... Eddie Toh: $150,500 Gustavo Mota: $150,500 Paige Harris: $161,210 Michael, Trevor and Franklin: $270,750 Each. Do you think this is a good payout for one heist? Considering that a nice house goes for $250,000.
ChatterBoxFM
Nice, I think that'd be perfect. They also said "the better the NPC is, the bigger the cut they take". and these guys look pretty experienced, so the % probably only goes down from there. zordon69
i hope that you will be able to kill the help once they have finished their job. shoot that woman in the back of the head right after she is done hacking the security system and take her cut of the hiest
Soger7
I think that's perfect. I am still waiting for the game which truly makes things expensive.

BlademanX
how realistic is it to trust outsiders anyway, these extras" unless introduced through connections can never be trusted and thats a side that better make sense, this isnt some pizza delivery job, this is stuff that can land you inside for years,
S1LV3R_W0LF
I've been a bit confused about this. So you have 3 guys and two of the other protagonists? A Gunman, a hacker and a driver... I thought we would be one of those and we would be able to control it. And it's also a bit weird, you have 6 people for a robbery, so unless you have 2 cars with 2 different drivers how can you place 6 people in a 5 sits car? Do you need a van? waikzguy8998
I know it's a little sadistic but I think it would be cool if after the job is completed (or as you are finishing the job on site), you can either kill one of the crew or let them "have a lil issue" tell everyone he/she was gunned down and take a bigger cut. But you would have to pull it off where none of your crew see and it looks like an accident.

The jewellery heist that your talking about had 18 jewellery spot to pic up from and the first one was worth $100,000 So that particular heist would total in $1.8 million so it would be Eddie Toh : $252,000 Gustavo Mota : $252,000 Paige Harris : $270,000 Micheal trev and frankiln = $342,000 you got your math wrong a heist of £2,500,000 would be more Edited July 9, 2013 by D-man7
SHARKEM
wonder if certain help is mandatory on heists? hope not but probably is. i'm really sour about their cuts.
noxiousd
I wonder if you can kill them, increasing your own stake, or if they die, your stake increases automatically...
SgtMaadadi
OP how did you get this High Resolution picture ? D-man7
The heists are so awesome its going to be like 'Heat' the game, I wonder if they directly copy the story and during a few missions and you get some work a holic Cop who is hell bent on catching your crew on a juicy score. for those who have not seen heat Edited July 9, 2013 by D-man7

Notice on of the people you can recruite, the asian guy on the left, his skill is "Driver". So that implys that maybe NPCs will be able to drive themselves around. Just like taxi drivers in IV. killahmatic
Do you think this is a good payout for one heist? Considering that a nice house goes for $250,000. Yes, because there will be bigger heists and you dont have to hire the most expensive people you can get. There will be many side jobs too. Also, as you said, that was a nice house. Many available houses will probably be only a fraction of that price.
GTAVTheHeat
Some heists you'll only have about 3 people total. What you're suggesting is a heist that would require 6 people, thats a big heist. Most heists you hear of or see on movies or even in this game, you have 3-4 people.. Possibly 5. What you're also proposing would be the worst case scenario, but I'm remaining hopeful because even that dynamic you're speaking of seems very interesting, so you could do a couple things: 1. Take less people, get more money. 2. KILL the extra people..
ishish
That jewellery heist had about $1.8m up for grabs, divided into 15 pickup icons. The fact you may have to bail out early because of police etc. might mean only get 50% of that. You will get different paydays, depending upon how well you play, I'm sure. rixsta
If you want 100% of the job, Don't hire anyone and try your hardest to succeed. If you want the job to be pretty easy and still get a good % of the job. Hire some crew. Thats basically the process they're allowing you to choose. You can do it alone which is a lot harder but more rewarding. OR you can get some people to help you which makes the job a lot easier - BUT you get less $$ Pretty smart play actually. I may do 2/3 saves where I do these heists with and without help.

I'm really pedantic when it comes to sh*t like this in videogames. I'll either leave with the entire loot, or in a body-bag (that way I can replay the heist and try to get it all again). I hope the extra crew aren't necessarily "essentials." Why do I need to hire a driver if I have Franklin?
