KingMoon Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 My Specs: http://puu.sh/3yQ1m.png I have GTA IV: Complete Edition on Steam and have been playing EFLC, I am on 1.1.2.0 and I am wondering why I am getting really low FPS. could it be because I keep programs open such as spotify and vlc player? I also have 2 monitors as you can see in the screenshot my main monitor is a 27" 1920x1080 and my second is 20" 1600x900, I have wondered if I disconnect the second monitor completely from the graphics card would it play better?
