Losing weapons when busted?

Now that we have a weapon wheel that seems to allow us to carry all the games weapons at once (like in RDR) - and with the addition of weapon customization - do you still want to lose all your weapons when you are busted by police?

 

I voted yes, in-part because re-buying weapons will give me something to do with my money. Also, I sometimes like being unarmed or only having a weapon or two.

There has to be consequences. Unless we do certain achievements like in GTA San Andreas where you'd have to date that cop to get your weapons back. I'd say a system like The Elder Scrolls would be awesome: you'd have to sneak into the police station to the evidence room to get your weapons back.

I also think that dying should somehow have worse consequences than getting busted.

I'll vote yes, but what happens to your amazing, modded AK when you busted? Do you loose it forever? Can you buy it from the cops?

I never continue after "busted", I always reload my last save game, so this issue is irrelevant for me

there will probably be cheats or places to store weapons.

Busted and lose weapons = Yes

 

Die and lose weapons = No

Having voted yes, I still have to admit that sometimes I would rather get killed than busted so I didn't lose my guns.

 

Still, If the AI manages to catch me alive, I think the cops should take your guns.

Why would they give them back? lol On my second GTA IV playthrough, I was only busted once.

With the weapon customization, I think losing your weapons would be a bigger deal than in the previous GTA Games.
