Don't worry guys driving is fine, R* is not that stupid to just ruin the game with bad driving.

 

Almost all the cars we saw were high performance, meaning sharper controls and less body roll (you know when the body of the car leans a certain way), this is all realistic, in the rainy scene since the floor is wet high speed with sharp sudden turn obviously the car will slide abit. In the last highway scene that did not happen.

 

Now when they switched to Trevor he had an old 4x4 kind of thing, as you saw took longer to turn lots of body roll like in gta iv which happened with all cars which shouldn't have been.

 

So don't worry all is fine

Yeah my bet is that the driving shots were taken with a super-sayan Franklin with upgraded handling and such. I'm sure it will be fine.

Yeah I've been well naive about the driving physics up until a few moments ago when I watched a GIF of the driving parts from the gameplay released today. At first view of the gameplay earlier today I thought Rockstar's had dumbed the driving down. But you're right. In one scene it's rainy and wet, and the next scene on the highway the car must be either driven by Franklin or heavily customised. All skepticism will be cleared up in 69 days.

What if it was franklin driving and they were using his special ability to slow down time and traffic to maneuver better but never showed them initiate the ability?

Time did not look slow maybe fast forward. But I don't think so when special abilities activated I guess some camera affects similar to switch hats tees how it changed colours.

I just want to see what happens when that white car driving like f*cking crazy down that nightlight street, hits that SUV it almost bumps into. in that speed, that car would flip like f*cking crazy if it hits something in that speed, the problem here is that I don't think it will, I think they made the cars too stabile

We won't know until we get our hands on the actual game and get to drive ourself.

 

What we can tell? It's more responsive and less "boat-like." That doesn't necessarily mean the cars won't feel weighty.
