I believe, Aussie gamers correct me, the law says, "If an illegal drug is depicted or used to give the player benefits," but in this sense Franklin is buying a completely legal pharmaceutical. It can't be messed with since Medical Marijuana is legal In California and Franklin must have had a card to buy it. So it's fine, right? EDIT: The official law says, ""...elements of illicit or proscribed drug use related to incentives or rewards...", so basically what I said. The point R* will argue to the ACB. Well if that happens before the release you can either Cancel your pre-order (if you orded GTA V that is) and wait till it comes out and buy it off Ebay or Amazon. Or you can just cut your pre-order and order it from somewhere else. Wait for Rockstar North to release a patch to add the Censored stuff back in. (They did the same with IV) Stuff got censored like blood and hookers.
