Jesus people, at least watch a video of a real car drifting before you criticise. And yeah, just because you got used to GTA IV driving does not mean it was perfect and should never be changed. I got used to IV driving too. I even learned how to drift with IV driving with a sports car and the beach. It still was way too slidey. I felt like I was driving on wet roads even though they were dry. It was way too loose. I'm glad they tuned it up the way they've appeared to. And really, if you want IV, then go play IV. Honestly, we won't know how it handles untill we get the game and play for ourselves. But if it is anything similar to SR, I will be disappointed. I hate the driving in that game, especially since I am a huge fan of GTA IVs driving mechanics. They kind of spoiled me with that game, and now driving in other games always feels unnatural and too much like an arcade game. I was really hoping that they would just fine-tune the mechanics from IV (give tires a bit more traction on surfaces), but so far it looks like they have done a real overhaul and are trying to satisfy all the whiners who couldn't handle realistic driving from the last GTA. KeithoMahony Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 The sports cars worried me with how easily they could turn, but after re-watching, Trevor's military-looking truck seemed alot harder to maneuver.
