I wonder what's the "83 days" for in the 4th characters slot. o.o

Honestly, I think it's an in game count down to the next heist. I think that once you accept a heist you're given a certain amount of days to prepare. I also believe the 4th slot is filled if you decide to bring on another guy/girl to help.

That's sounds plausible. Maybe.. It does seem rather long though... So perhaps not.

lol idk about that ryu. I Don't even think I past 30-40 in game days during my whole GTA IV campaign

is it a counter on how many days you been playing online?

is it days til the online servers opens?

why is it placed on top of the online player.

I wasn't worried about the driving until I saw the white 9F scene, just doesnt look right when the car drifts, I don't know, could just be me.

It's based on an R8, could just be sliding weirdly because it's AWD.

Me and my co-workers watched the Gameplay video at work earlier, a couple of hours after it was posted. Been running around all day so excuse the late response.

 

The video itself is just f*cking incredible, and I loved every second of it. R* damn sure didn't lie when they said that the driving was more like a racing game, for it was very evident in the video. I have always said that the driving physics in GTA IV, for me at least, was perfect and well done. In the same respect, I like how the driving in GTA V looks as well.

 

Also, this video did not "ruin" anything for me. In all honesty, I am even more stoked for the game, and I was already stoked at a high ass hell. I cannot f*cking wait for this game to be released. By the time GTA V gets here, I am fairly certain that I'll for get this video even existed, making my first play-through superb.

I never cared for those topics. Reminded me of the "cold-readings" psychics do. deepthroatgta4 gave such vague clues, that they could be interpreted any way. Once we got official information, it's easy to solve the "puzzle" he gave us and see what he was trying to tell us back then. When in reality, it was so vague that any outcome could be seen as him correctly predicting something.

 

GTA V could have been set in Las Venturas, and people would piece together the vague clues he gave us and say that the desert picture was a clue to Las Venturas and countryside returning.

I'm really disappointed that there isn't a soundtrack/OST included with the Special or Collector's Edition. If the musical score in V is anything like the music in the gameplay trailer, that's fantastic.

 

That score that started playing when the developer switched from Franklin to Micheal was great.

Ok first of all I forgive Rockstar for taking their damn sweet time with this game.

 

Nah! I kid! Seriously, I've had some time now to digest this trailer and the first thing that impressed me was the 34 sec mark of the trailer where they showed that sea wave. The look of it and the physics really impressed me. Those previews that talked about how Rockstar have made the most realistic looking waves in a video game were not kidding. I'm hoping for a surfing mini game though.

Wow, this I was not expecting. Looks like auto aim is completely overhauled into MP3 style shooting gameplay. Amazing, amazing footage, I cannot wait for this video game.

 

 

Buying stocks was something that was on my wish list and I can't believe it is actually in the game, that was something I was like: "would be awesome, but I doubt it".

 

I noticed that when the characters switch guns the game goes into automatic slow motions, which I suppose will be extremely helpful in tense moments when you accidentally select the wrong weapon (which I would do from time to time in RDR/MP3). GTAV seems incredibly user friendly.

 

This game seems like my dream game right now to be honest.

-You can go hunting in full hunting gear and spot the animals

-You can customize your vehicles style and performance

-You can buy what looks to be a large assortment of different clothing (something IV really lacked)

-You can play mini-games that look to be on par with actual video games based on said mini-games

-You can go to the shooting range and test out your weapons and skills

-You can go base-jumping (which is actually realistic this time around compared to the last two installments)

-You get to basically perform multiple heists similar to the SINGLE Vice City heist.

-You get to choose how exactly you want to actually execute your heists and choose crew members

-You can get multiple tattoos on your characters bodies

-You can invest in stocks

-You can buy real-estate!

 

Essentially its an immersive free roaming video game with amazing animations and visuals, and fluid user friendly gameplay with a narrative that really interests me. I really hope the end result is as amazing as I imagine.

 

 

This is not even considering what will become of the multiplayer feature either.

Dont know if this has been said but since there is a stamina bar in the triathlon minigame, i think the controls for riding bikes will be similar to rdr's horse riding. If u start tapping the peddle button to much u lose stamina and get tired causing u to slow down.
