G D
What the hell is wrong with people saying "I won't watch it, the game will release in 2 months blah blah blah" I watched 2-3 videos of The Last of Us repeatedly and it. didn't. f*cking. "spoil". me. the. "Magic"! The feeling of playing that game was totaly different than seeing it, in fact that game is on my top 3 all-time favorite games! watching the videos didn't affect me one bit, it made me excited for the game damn it! How in the world is seeing a video (which i'm sure won't show much) will "spoil" the freaking full game for you? The video isn't even 0.01% of the FULL game experience! Now, if you don't wanna watch it, that's fine suit yourself. But don't use that horrible excuse again! One of the reasons R* are releasing this video is to show the casual gamers who don't know what GTA is/or the GTA "sucks" believers the magic of V. And you'll see less "WD > GTA V" comments
The-San-Andreas-man
I find it ironic that you're overreacting a bit as well. I'm with you on "the magic" thing, and I think it's dumb, but let people do whatever they want.
badass nyuka
They want to experience "the magic" or some nonsense.
Teh Edgiest Man on Earth
It's not drama, it's just an extremely rare case of OCD. Just leave the mental challenged guys be themselves, it won't ruin any experience. I mean seriously, what normal human being uses "magic" as an excuse for their OCD? Dick Justice
The only GTA game I played without seeing gameplay beforehand was GTA III, and it was really special. That was was mostly because I didn't know what to expect. I mean, at all. Nothing had prepared me for that game, which is why it was such a special moment seeing it for the first time. Now, I know what to expect. I've come to realise I'll never feel that way about a game again. It doesn't matter how different the HUD looks or how much smoother the animations are, every time I see or play a new GTA game there is a certain familiarity that has come from knowing and loving the series for twelve years. I Luke
Agreed 100%. If it's not complaining about what they're showing us then it's sucking R* dk saying that V > EVERY GAME.
Brazilian Mermaid
Leave them alone. Me too find it strange they don't want to watch the gameplay video but I don't care as it won't hurt anyone really. In my case I'm gonna sneak out of my classroom to watch this live.

Agree. If you know what to expect, that so-called "magic" isn't there. I know for a #FACT that GTA V is similar to Max Payne 3 in terms of shooting mechanics and animation. So if they show some gun action, don't be surprised if you're seeing a Max Payne 3 Open world game with a bit of this from Redemption and a bit of that from IV. I Know what to expect, they DID say GTA V "builds on EVERYTHING they learned about Open World games" Like the Red Dead unique/random events being featured in V. SeaFoam
That was was mostly because I didn't know what to expect. I mean, at all. Nothing had prepared me for that game, which is why it was such a special moment seeing it for the first time. This right here. Couldn't have said it any better. I was 12 when GTA III came out, an no amount of screenshots that I would obsessively look over before it launched could prepare me for what the game really was. Truly one of the best gaming moments for me. I know what to expect from GTA V (for the most part). Watching this gameplay video tomorrow will not ruin anything for me. Grand Theft Savage
What the hell is wrong with people saying "I won't watch it, the game will release in 2 months blah blah blah" There's nothing wrong with us. It will release in 2 months, and that is when I will see the gameplay. I still don't know what the f*ck this "magic" thing is (sounds pretty gay). I just want to be surprised when I play it, though I will definitely read what the people on this forum think of the gameplay.
