Oh, did they say port? Does that mean no PC will ever be able to run it due to poor memory management? I hope they do a good job at least, having a playable GTA V is what I would like for PC, GTA IV was great, but the terrible port meant no computer could ever run it smoothly, as it could never take full advantage of your PC. They could be hiring to port other games for all we know. So this isn't really evidence, it's only an assumption made by the person who wrote the article and some of you guys are jumping to conclusions way too quickly. The article is very poorly written as well so I'm going to wait till R* have something to say regarding the PC version really. Post all articles you find interesting regarding the PC version here. If you can play GTA IV on high settings without any problems, then you will able to play GTA V too without problems, assuming GTA IV is a sh*tty port. LA Noire is locked at 30FPS because of the motion capture technology that game is using. It has nothing to do with optimization *facepalm*.
