Both of these people should be fast asleep by now so I guess it doesn't matter anyway Los Angeles is 7am. It comes out at 10am eastern time. Eastern Time is America, GMT is UK, so it is a bit difficult to separate them, as Rockstar North (V's studio) is in Scotland.
