Simple Trainer okay for Online? [Steam Version]

I'm currently in the process of making a stunt video for GTA IV and would like to know if it is safe/allowed to use scripthooks,mods and the Simple trainer online for GTA IV?

 

It's purely for stunting purposes (spawning vehicles, teleporting, etc). Does anyone here run trainers online?
