it's in version on github

but not in anything released after it (on discord and skype servers)

why not just compile whatever code you have now and release that? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Hi I have a problem with this plugin when playing sump. I am using ginput to play on racing servers, but one server has an issue where pressing the left bumper turns off the car's engine, making it impossible to look back. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Hey everyone. I am encountering a strange issue with ginput on gta 3. Everything seems to work fine except for adjusting the stick sensitivity/deadzone for the right stick, i adjust the .ini but nothing seems to change in game. I'm using a DS4 and the steam version of gta 3. Also sometimes guns don't seem to fire (mostly sniper). Any help is appreciated!

@Silent I would like to know what you did to change the controls, the PS2 community is interested in at least invert L2 & R2 by '[...]' and 'X', like GTA V, you can pass us the memory addresses on PC so we translate it for PS2 or the source code, we would greatly appreciate it. (GTA San Andreas)

Because of the way it was designed in PS2, I don't think it supports sensitivity, it was targeted with R1 and circle.

Was somebody able to make DS3-mode in GInput work via DSHIDMini yet? 
(SIXAXIS.SYS mode; official PS3 driver from PS Now)

If it supports XInput then it will work out of the box, and the API extension from SCP that GInput makes use of (to support pressure sensitive buttons) is currently A FEATURE REQUEST.

Hello Silent! I am playing Grand Theft Auto: Vice City with this mod, and for some reason when I use manual aim on the kruger, m4 etc. Whenever I move the crosshair a little bit, it disappears. Hello  Silent thanks for the mod its awesome but i have a problem in wine 6.0.1 in gta sa when the mod isn't installed my xbox controller works but in its limited state but when i install your mod the control just starts to do nothing i need help please provide

No mod is ever tested on Linux; do not expect them to work there.

NVM i got it work using a 32-bit wineprefx its fine now

Hmm you could open a topic (if no similar topic already exists) in which you share how you got SA + mods working. I'm sure many people will find it helpful.

You can download his mod anymore since Gtag.gaming got took down

You don't need that. Just use Ginput for SA...

Are there options in GInputVC, to get controls similar to GTA SA? 
Main differences I found that in SA you move camera with right stick, and with RB can use autoaim. 
While in VC, with classic controls RB forks for auto-aim, but no free camera. When standart controls enabled - free camera is there but no autoaim from gamepad.

 

Found out also that on PCSX2 if you autoaim target, the target stays in center of screen. And on PC when autoaiming camera focuses still on Tommy. 

Not sure yet which one is better in gameplay wise. 

 

UPD. Guess all I wanted is available in Classic Axis mod.

How do you use this mod on Windows 10 with Xbox gamepad and not experience massive stutters? I can't seem to find a fix for this issue despite trying different drivers for my wireless gamepad.

It seems the ticket was closed and the feature was brought back but I don't seem to be able to get it to work in San Andreas. Overall it works  except analog throttle and if use the layout 2 I can use the analog triggers to accelerate but cannot fire while driving.  Please sir 🙇‍♂️ this is essential to play San Andreas.

 

 

EDIT: The ticket is not closed yet, it is still open.
