King Andreas Posted June 29, 2013 Share Posted June 29, 2013 Despite popular belief, overstressed game time (200-500 hours) is what spurs bugs (not cheating), except for one exception: the Peds riot cheat. So how many hours are you up to? Suggestion: open a new save file (but don't overwrite your current) and see if the problem arises there too. If it does, it's a memory distortion; if it doesn't, it's a file distortion. Does this occur at Caligulas? Before Against All Odds, the clerks keep their hands down; after Against All Odds, they raise them. Just letting you know that's normal, though elsewhere isn't. By the way, I play on the PS2.
