The dam, and Alamo Sea connected?

Is the Alamo Sea connected to the dam and river of Los Santos?

This might be interesting to see, what people think, and how many of you were right or wrong once we know more!

 

If you look at the maps made by fans, it's hard to imagine how the dam and Alamo Sea would be connected.

However, one of the previews (if anyone can tell me which one, I can link it here) mentioned that the Alamo Sea was at the Eastern part of the map. The dam is North-East of Los Santos, so this connection is easily made if this is true.

 

Let's find out!

theres no Sea north of LA.....so im guessing this wont be a land accurate map.
