I mean, we saw it in a trailer... why would R* handle it as if it were a rumor? hopefully to build excitement for the tops being in the final edit... R* simply said they haven't talked about it yet. A feature they teased 2 years ago but haven't discussed. They're just gonna confirm it to some random who sends them an email? Just think... ofcourse that's not the place to confirm such a feature. Like they'll put that new piece of info in the hands of some random dude in his underpants at the computer screen. It's rude, but also, a bit ironic considering we're asking questions about a game that they've been absolutely slaving over and overworking themselves to get finished in time. I think you'll find we do. The way they answered it basically gives us a "no" to the question. There has been debate on whether or not fuel is in the game. This confirms it isn't... No Offense but it was never talked about in previews or anything making it a fan made rumor so we knew nothing was happening with the concept anyway. Also, Rockstar did not give us a 'no', they simply said what we know, that they haven't announced it.
