When I play GTA I don't even think of kids being among the peds, I don't give it a moment's thought in my head. I find it really strange that some guys actually think about this and desire to have it. As said before it adds realism. Is it a must? No and as I said before I doubt it'll ever happen but would I be against it if it was? Absolutely not. It really doesn't bother me whatever way it went. It's fair enough if you find my views strange. If you personally think it is okay and perfectly fine to kill children in video games, then I seriously there is something wrong with you or you have very a warped sense of enjoyment. If you were able to decide what goes in GTA, the go ahead and enjoy yourself, if killing children in video games makes you happy and you find it fun, then so be it. BUT....I will state my opinion of people with views like yours as I see fit. That's completely fine if you believe I'm wrong fella. I've no problem with you voicing a opinion as that makes discussion. I'll be honest I've no issue with people of any age group been killed in a video game because although I do like realism in games I'm well aware it's just a video game. In life I'm against Animal cruelty more than anything. I could see a kid got shot and not care as much but if it was a Animal it would bother me unless it's for protection purposes as I believe Animals to be more innocent and defenseless. A little weird huh? However in a video game none of this bothers me. My main reason for having different age grouped pedestrians in GTA is to add realism not go on a killing spree killing every kid I see. This is the point I was saying in a previous post. The world simply isn't mature enough yet to allow kids in video games. You can go on and on about children, but that doesn't change my point that children have NO place in this game. Is that clear to you? We will have to agree to disagree then. I don't think you understand gta at all. @ brwhizz One day when he has kids for himself, he won't be so quick to request the ability to murder children in a video game. If not, then there is cause for concern. He might be one of those guys you gotta put on community alert. I wouldn't be surprised if the comments of those on here who wanna kill kids in video games are being monitored by online law enforcement. So what if there are children in the game that can be killed the same as the adults. It's a f**king game. There is no correlation to the real world. I say put the children in so I can shoot them, run them over, light them on fire, and blow them up! At the end of the day, it's just a game. Who cares. It's entertainment. Killing an NPC child is no different than killing an NPC adult. It is what it is. A fantasy. A game. There is nothing wrong, morally or otherwise, with doing it. It's the assholes who can't differentiate. This. We just gotta accept the fact that brainless assholes are running our countries and that, no matter what you say or how you prove it, there will always be some political backlash related to those things. Then you mislead her and have the option of outright murder her all for a favor to a mob boss to eliminate the competition. Given the context it can add to the story and gameplay. Although involving a teen(14 years old) games like The Last of Us prove this and have showed me games are slowly growing up. Well honestly, that is the summary I was hoping to see: If you want to see kids in the game to make it more realistic for ANY reason, you are a potential pedophile/child murderer in real life and you should be careful. Even inmates convicted of all those crimes would still find a problem with a child killer and probably rape/kill them in prison. Maybe someone could go to the Pen, interview some murderers and ask them why it is commonplace for them to hate/rape/kill those that have committed crimes against children.
